WHO IS BEHIND "IN A DOG'S MIND?"
Alessa - §11 certified dog trainer and animal psychologist
Hi, I would like to introduce myself so that you also know with whom you are dealing here.
I am Alessa. The topic "dogs" has been with me for over 6 years now. They are my absolute passion, I love observing them, interpreting their behavior, understanding their body language and above all learning from them. In addition to my education in a dog school and my animal psychology studies, I was able to gain experience in daily dealings with dogs and with strays abroad.
I have visited a few different animal shelters abroad and until recently I lived, worked and was a team leader in a shelter in Spain for several months. This was by far one of the greatest experiences I have ever had - on the one hand so chastening how much suffering is going on and on the other hand incredibly exciting and instructive to watch the dogs, interact with them and grow together.
That made me understand what I think the human-dog relationship is about: trust and understanding.
I welcome everyone! With big issues or for fine-tuning, on the verge of despair or to get ideas. Here you will be understood and I will accompany you and your four-legged friend on your very individual way.
I am looking forward to meeting you and your dog!
Alessa
Recommendations for animal welfare organizations
Paws-Patas in Spain is always happy about support and, in addition to monetary donations for neutering, food, medical care and maintenance of the shelter, also always needs volunteers on-site in Spain who actively help with the daily work with the dogs and cats. You can find all information on the homepage. If you have any questions, you can also contact me.
Ein-Herz-für-Streuner does a great job in many shelters in Romania. If you are looking for a new companion, then take a look at their homepage or support the association voluntarily.
If you have spare leashes, towing lines or harnesses and would like to donate, I will gladly take them.
